About Knowledge Team In-Home Tutors, LLC
Knowledge Team In-Home Tutors, LLC is a locally owned and operated tutor referral service serving all of eastern Connecticut, including Windham County, Tolland County, and New London County. We search for the best tutors and match them with students who need them. Our purpose is to help the students of our area reach their personal academic goals by providing high-quality, affordable, personalized tutoring in the comfort and convenience of the students' own homes. The Knowledge Team is a member of the Northeastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce.
Knowledge Team In-Home Tutors, LLC, was founded by William Green, Ph.D. Dr. Green is a native of Brooklyn, CT, and graduate of UCONN, the University of Illinois, and Mississippi State University, where he earned his doctorate studying imported fire ants. He has been teaching high school chemistry, biology, and general science at E. O. Smith High School in Storrs, CT for ten years, and has served as coordinator of an adult education program. He is also a consulting soil scientist registered with the Society of Soil Scientists of Southern New England. His interests include reading, stone carving, and hiking with his wife, Silvana, and their two children.
